The Challenge

Bargain Hunt UK operates on a preorder-based model, which requires clear communication and a simplified buying journey rather than a traditional checkout-heavy e-commerce flow. The challenge was to design a system that informs customers properly while keeping the process quick and frictionless.

Additionally, a large portion of customer interaction occurs through platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram. The absence of integrated communication channels could lead to lost inquiries and reduced conversions, making it essential to bridge the gap between browsing and direct engagement.

Our Approach

We built a WooCommerce-powered WordPress website with a focus on clarity, speed, and usability. The layout was intentionally kept clean and product-focused, allowing users to easily browse collections, understand preorder steps, and view pricing without confusion.

To enhance conversion flow, we integrated WhatsApp for instant communication and connected Instagram for seamless social interaction. Payment gateway functionality was also configured to support smoother transactions, while keeping the backend flexible for easy product uploads and ongoing store management.
