These terms & conditions apply to all of our packages whether listed on our website or for all the custom quotes.
Website packages
We provide hosting and domain only for the websites we design. We do not provide separate hosting and domain.
We will not give you Cpanel Access to your website hosting.
We will deliver the website within 10-12 working days if the customers provide the details on time. In case of late details provided by the clients, Budgetic will not be responsible for the delay in the website
We will design the website according to the reference sites or designs you will confirm for any amendments in the designs you must tell us while developing your website or within 15 days after handing over the website to you. After that, you will have to pay for all of the changes on the website.
All the website payments should be cleared within 2 months. In case of non-payment Budgetic has the right to remove your website from our hosting server and delete your website data
“Powered and Developed by Budgetic” will be written in the footer copyrights of all the websites which are powered or developed by Budgetic
We will provide 10 days of free Support & Management for the websites once the website has been delivered to the client.
Also “Powered and Developed by Budgetic” will be written on all the services which we power like your Woocommerce Emails, Woocommerce PDF Invoices, Admin Login Panel, etc.
We will provide you with all of the services & features mentioned in our packages, for any extra feature or service you will have to pay according to the feature you want on the website (rates vary for each feature).
The advance payment for the website package is not refundable.
You must clear your payment for any additional service or feature within 2 days. In case of non-payment of dues, Budgetic has the right to remove that feature or remove content for the service provided.
In case of non-payment of your dues, BUDGETIC has the right to suspend your website
We will only give you backend access to the website only after your dues are clear.
Budgetic will not be responsible for any loss of data or any other thing on the website.
Budgetic will be responsible for all the technical errors that will occur on the website and will fix them for free.
We will only use dummy content to develop your website all the text, images and all other content will be provided by the client.
In Promotional Packages, if there’s a delay of more than 40 days in the website from the client’s end, their promotional package will be cancelled and they will be charged the full package amount.
Budgetic will not be responsible for any copyright issues on the website due to the content.
Our After Sales support is only valid for the websites hosted on our server. For other websites hosted on other platforms, we don’t provide after-sales support.

hosting packages
We provide hosting only for the websites we design and do not provide separate hosting.
We will not give you access to the Cpanel with your hosting package. If you try to access the Cpanel, your hosting account will be removed immediately due to violating our terms & conditions.
You must pay for your hosting in advance before starting the website.
To renew your Hosting Package we will start reminding you 10 days before the renewal date via mail or message to renew your hosting package.
If you fail to renew your package by the due date your Website will be deleted from our hosting server and your website data will be removed permanently
Budgetic will not be responsible for site backups after our Free Support period is over.
Domain packages
We provide Domains & Professional Email accounts only for the websites we design and do not provide separate Domains.
You must pay for your Domain in advance before starting the website.
We will send you the complete address of your domain and you must check that properly for any spellings mistake or anything else. Budgetic will only buy your domain after getting approval from you and will not be responsible for any mistake in the approved domain after that.
To renew your domain we will remind you 10 days before the renewal date via mail or message to renew your hosting package.
If you failed to renew your package by the due date your domain will be discarded and will be deleted
Social Media packages
For Social Media Management we will need your login information on Instagram and you should have to give us an admin or editor role on your Facebook page.
We will keep your Login Information and all the private content on your page confidential and will be responsible for any such information.
For Social Media Management We charge half payment in advance and another half at the end of the month.
You must clear your dues on time and in case you do not clear your dues and will remove us from your pages by changing passwords or by any other way It will be count as a violation of our terms & conditions and then Budgetic would have the right to report and remove your account permanently.
We will be providing you with all of the services, mentioned in our packages for any extra service you will have to pay for that service.
We will mention ourselves in your bio as “Managed By @budgetic”
You should provide us with all the details so we can respond to customer queries correctly.
You must update Budgetic before changing your Account Password during our management period.
Marketing packages
All of our Marketing Packages Include Ad Budget. If you want to customize your ad budget you must tell Budgetic in advance.
We charge full payment in advance for marketing packages.
You should have to give us your access to Social Media Pages to properly design and manage ads.
Budgetic will not be responsible for the ad response.
